4 Evergreen, CO Evergreen, CO Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Hotel off of I-70 and Evergreen Parkway is looking for a Part-time Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.
Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations.
Responsibilities also include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities and performing the audit process at the close of the business day.
Shifts would be from 10pm to 8am Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Responsibilities Run audit reports and balance the day's activity Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Learn and provide information to our guests about area retail, restaurants and attractions Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished Maintain updated records of bookings and payments to accommodate guests' needs Customer service attitude Part time:
30 hours/week.
3 ten hour shifts.
