Randstad is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our client in Evergreen, CO. Qualified applicants will be able to:
- Handle phone-requests: Handle sample-requests; Process Orders; Track Shipments; Coordinate Technical Answers (with suppliers)
- Keep client-base up-to-date
- Make appointments and send confirmations
- Follow-up on sample-shipments
- Follow-up on current projects.E-mail customers and architects with (new) product-info
- Generate new interest and projects
Working hours: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/wk
Must have administrative experience, with the ability to organize and prioritize independently. Must posess excellent phone skills, as well as Outlook, Excel, Word and internet skills.
Required personal characteristics:
- Must be excited about learning all aspects of the flooring-trade and their products
- Must be able to work alone
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Service oriented: Always courteous, professional, prompt
- Good organizational skills
- Good work-pace
- Design- & Sales skills a plus (but not required)
