Randstad is seeking a a motivated self-starter with persistence and strong customer service skills for a part-time Sales Administrative Assistant opportunity with a flooring company in Evergreen, Colorado. The job duties are as follows:
Tasks (50% Admin / 50% Inside Sales)
1. Handle phone-requests: Handle sample-requests; Process Orders; Track Shipments; Coordinate Technical Answers (with me & suppliers)
2. Keep (Architect, Dealer & Project) data-base up-to-date
3. Make appointments and send confirmations
4. Follow-up on sample-shipments
5. Follow-up on current projects
6. E-mail architects & dealers with (new) product-info & pricing
7. Generate new interest and projects
8. E-mail blasts to Architects & Dealers
9. Tradeshow and event e-mail reminders
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 1pm
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
1.-Admin support experience
2.-Ability to organize and prioritize independently
3.-Excellent phone skills
4.-Good Computer-skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet skills (QuickBooks a big plus)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
