CIQ matches consumers shopping for auto insurance with insurance agents.

LoanBright matches consumers shopping for a mortgage with mortgage companies.
CleanEnergyAuthority.com matches consumers shopping for solar power on their homes with solar installation companies.

We help consumers get quotes on their auto insurance from qualified, reputable and affordable auto insurance agents and we help the insurance agents find new customers.

We also help consumers get quotes on a mortgage for the home they are thinking of purchasing or refinancing.

Our customers are located in all 50 states.

We are looking to add two to three new team member to our staff of 40 who would develop, add, grow and manage their own portfolio of insurance agents or portfolio of mortgage companies or porfolio of solar installaton companies on a continuous basis.

After several weeks of paid training, you will be assigned a small portfolio of insurance agents or mortgage companies or solar companies with the mandate to get to know these customers, insure that they are experiencing success with the company's products and make sure they are fans of the company.

It will then be your job to add new solar companies, insurance agents or mortgage companies and grow the profitable relationships. Your incentive compensation will be directly correlated to your ability to develop strong relationships with your customer portfolio and your ability to impact your customer's success with our products and services.

Requirements

There is a high degree of autonomy in these positions so strong motivation and work ethic is #1
Excellent telephone and communications skills with the ability to gain rapport and build relationships and will be required.
Ability to gain commitment from clients and prospects is essential.
Strong organization and discipline.
Strong PC competency required.
Previous sales or account management experience a plus - but not required.
Knowledge of or passion for the auto insurance industry, solar power industry or mortgage industries a plus - but not required.
We practice open book management - so a desire to learn how our company makes money and your role how to influence profitable financials is required.


Compensation & Benefits

Base pay up to to $31,200 (commensurate with experience, ability and accomplishment) plus commissions. Successful first year team mates will typically be earning between $40,000 and $60,000.

Aetna health plan, dental plan, paid vacation time (11 paid days in first year, 12 days in the 2nd year, 16 days in 5th year, 21 days in the 10th year) , paid holidays, paid sick time, 401k plan
